On May 19th, at 2 pm (BST) / 10 am (BRT), the online event “STEM Education in Schools: connections between Brazil and the United Kingdom” will take place – a conversation that will discuss various initiatives aimed at making STEM teaching more dynamic and inclusive.
The event will mark the launch of our first e-book publication that gathers extracts from lectures held by the STEM Education Hub, dealing with topics such as citizen science, critical pedagogies, decoloniality, racism, scientific capital and communication.
Mediated by Arthur Galamba, the event will count with the participation of Jussara Almeida Bezerra, Diana Ribas Roque, Janice Ansine, Ronaldo Christofoletti, Ana Carolina de Souza Gonzalez and Anita Benite, all authors of the e-book.
