The STEM Education Hub meets the data protection laws of the UK (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679) and other countries who adhere to this regulation. It also meets law 13.709/18 (“Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais”) in Brazil. Our Privacy and Information Security Policy describes how we handle personal information.

The British Council and King’s College London will use the information submitted on this form to plan and assess the impact of the actions of the STEM Education Hub, taking into account the commitment to providing equal opportunity to all interested in our activities. Socio-demographic data will be used to perform statistical analysis and assess program success in accordance with the British Council and King’s College London Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Policies. 

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correction of any inaccuracies in that information, and deletion of your data under certain conditions. If you have questions regarding how we use your personal information, you also have the right to complain to a privacy regulatory agency. We will send you updates about our promotional events and activities, where applicable and only with your consent. You have the right to opt out of our marketing lists at any time.
